2. Appointment & Deposit Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy​​

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including late cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Refunds & Returns

• All services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before receiving treatment.

• Glow by Grech reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.

• Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

• Results may vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Following aftercare instructions is the client’s responsibility to support best results.

7. Privacy Policy
